BELTS
  • V-ribbed belts. For V-ribbed belt manufacturing Zekkert uses ethylpropylene EPDM rubber material of Lanxess brand (Germany) and polyester cord from Mehler (Germany). The use of these materials allows to keep maintaining performance between -50 ° C to + 150 ° C temperature range. These belts from Zekkert brand have excellent climate resistance, good flexibility at low temperatures, excellent chemical resistance and good thermal stability.
  • V-ribbed belts with elastic cord. For vehicles originally equipped with elastic cord belts, conventional belts are not suitable. For these vehicles Zekkert offers special belts with elastic cord. These belts are able to transfer friction torque without tensioner pulley.
  • V-belts. Zekkert uses chloroprene rubber (CR) brand PS-40A (Japan) and polyester cord brand Wolfcord (Germany) in V-belt manufacturing. Belts made of this material can withstand temperatures from -40 ° C to + 120 ° C. The main advantages of "Zekkert" belts, which are made from CR-material, are good resistance to oil, ozone and oxygen, along with resistance to freon and ammonia.
  • Resistance to tear and extreme conditions. Fiber thread is spliced into the rolled rubber by special technology of reinforced spiral braiding. This technology increases the resistance to tear, high temperatures, oil, moisture and wear. Besides, fiber thread has minimal stretching.
  • Wear resistance. Zekkert tests its belts for wear resistance immediately after production on a mandatory basis, and they can withstand the stretching up to 5000 N. A slip test is mandatory as well: it is a 280-hour test under a load of 700 N. Thus, at 4800 rpm belt show not more than 1,1% of slippage. In order to ensure high level of quality, Zekkert belts undergo a factory testing cycle, during which the relative elongation under the action of the load is controlled.
